Yes, it seems that John offended the mighty Google! Did you see him on the Affiliate Challenge? It seems like his personality is to challenge, so he might also have some enemies out there that would sabotage his rankings as well.

Sorry, for taking so long to get back to you. I don’t think he suffered from it, in fact many blogs made a big deal about it, which I would guess brought him MORE traffic.

That is pretty uncool of Google, but does show that there is more to it all than just algorithms.. think I will start looking for a friend on the inside
