    • A gazillion years ago I published a series of posts. This series was called “20 Ways To Make Money Online”. Around 4 billion people have IM’ed me, emailed me, phoned me and even sent me letters asking me what’s going on with that series of posts.

Well, but anyways, ever see the X-files? Whether you dug molder & scully or not – yes – the truth really is out there … the truth, the answers are within this very blog post. And it was right here in front of you all the while. Here are 20 links to my last 20 blog posts showing you 20 ways to make money online!

      1. Website Flipping

The art of buying, dressing up, and Selling Websites.

      2. Affiliate Coupons.

Promote Discounts via Affiliate links for products and just give people what they are looking for.

      3. Create Information Products.

Create your own Information Product and enjoy Passive Income. Like I do. Not linking to my original post, but a new project I am working on to help YOU create a product in 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours.

      4. Ebay!

Go see who I exploited to highlight ways to make money on Ebay, the largest Employer in the World.

      5. Be an Expert.

Get paid to offer expert advice in any field you know well.

      6. Video Promotions.

Increase sales by adding video to your sales / service process

      7. Outsource.

If you can figure out how to outsource successfully, you can either work less, but hopefully earn a lot more as others get more done for you!

      8. Network.

Be Seen. Meet other like minded people. This could earn you more money than ANYTHING else you do.

      9. Educate yourself.

Spend some time learning some of the basic skills that are holding you back from success. Understand how to use WordPress, FTP, Video Editing, and some Graphic skills, to name a few. You will save money on hiring out help, and achieve much faster.

      10. Solve a Problem.

Identify a Problem, Figure out a solution, Tease the target market with some of the solution, and then hold back the rest of the solution for money! Works like a charm.

      11. Climbing the Search Engines.

Naturally if you are able to make it to the first pages of the Search Engine, you are going to get a lot more visitors and make more money, yes? Yes.

      12. Take a GOOD look at yourself.

You can earn a lot more money if you can identify MISTAKES you are making, and how you are leaving MONEY on the table. Big Money.

      13. Stay Focused!

If you can learn to stay focused on the results you want to see, you will make a LOT more money.

      14. Viral Marketing.

Create a Viral campaign, and returns will be more $$$ and lots more.

      15. Educate Others.

Not a way to make a lot of money, but one I certainly enjoyed writing about. I offered money for great insights, ways to be productive, ways to make ME make more money by learning what YOU know. Offer is ALWAYS open.

      16. Add Audio.

Not ready for Video? Easily add some Audio to your website and increase sales. Explain what you are doing with your voice.

      17. Increase Brand Awareness.

Attach your product / service with an online personality, allowing them to self brand and promote for you! You both Earn.

      18. Blog for Impact.

Expand your reach. The possibilities are endless…and fruitful.

      19. Increase your Page Rank.

Get Backlinks to your site, increase your Google PR, move up in the search engines, and watch the magic happen.

      20. The COPY is Key.

If you ask any Internet Marketer what is the most important Element required in a product campaign.. they will all say THE COPY. You cant skimp on the copy. It will make you money.

    • Ben Shaffer Internet Marketer

Listen here to a full length call with Ben Shaffer, as we divulge some of our secrets and tips to successful outsourcing. This is a FREE listen. And a MUST.

Enjoy working hard? Then Work SMARTER and just earn a heck of a lot more!

      Next.

Here are the companies I use for outsourcing:

      1) RentaCoder – Excellent for sophisticated, more expensive projects
      2) Scriptlance – Excellent for small fast projects

There is a LOT of great information BELOW the video. Make sure to scroll down :) .

The 3 BEST WAYS to Earn from Outsourcing

      1) Arbitrage

Although it’s origins are related to ‘finance’, this term has been adopted to refer to any way you effectively manage to pay for something and sell it for more. Buy Wholesale, sell Retail. It is the basis of how most everything is done in this world! We WILL talk about it in future posts (as I am sure we have in the past), because we HAVE to.

Outsourcing Arbitrage? Here you purchase work from an outsourcing company and resell it for a higher value. Articles, Graphics, Ebooks, Websites, even major development projects. Find a few good resources at the companies listed above. You may find some duds along the way, but if you listen to our call, you will find out how to quickly weed out the losers from the keepers.

      2) Tedious, Repetitive Tasks

Time consuming tasks done on the cheap. Although you had me at ‘DONE’. Want to write 50 articles in 2 days, comment on 100 forums, or collect leads for a potential JV? This is where outsourcing becomes a DREAM come true, as you are able to move forward with other tasks, while someone else is putting food on THEIR table, doing tasks you would rather poke yourself in the eye with a knife than have to do. Well, maybe thats just me.

      3) Recognize your weaknesses. Hire Strengths.

The Ultimate Outsourcing Plan. You manage. Everyone Else builds. Get that project done. You know the one. The one that you have been dreaming to do, or that is sitting half finished on your desktop.

Here is how to get this done:

      a) Draw it up.

Write up a list of exactly what needs to get done for the project to be complete. Break it down into tasks such as:

      Project Management
      Content
      Design
      Copy
      Programming
      etc.

      b) Claim YOUR stake and by WHEN

What will YOU be able to do? – Put your name by what YOU can / will do (if any) and put a deadline.

      c) Whats left over?

Whatever tasks have no names beside them needs to be outsourced. It should be extremely clear.

Advise: If Design + Programming are to be outsourced, you will do better to create 2 separate projects as it is unlikely to find someone who excels at both. Why settle for someone who is average at all tasks, when you can find someone fantastic at each?

      d) The Glue

When all pieces are complete, will you need to hire someone else to make sure all the pieces are put together, function, and placed where it needs to be to call it ‘live’? Well, this missing piece is why many people have projects that are 90% complete hanging around. Make sure to add project manager to your list of tasks needed outsourcing, although if your business warrants it, this may be a good task for a member of a staff.

      So.. the bad news..

      I lost a great babysitter.

The good news? I am going to get all the juicy details about her new job.

As you know I live in Jerusalem, Israel. What you may not know – the locals are a melting pot of lots of ANGLOS, well in addition to a few other people :) . If you are looking to open a Call Center, due to the high volume of educated, perfectly accented English speaking, willing to work for low pay individuals, Israel is YOUR move!!

Therefore the Call Center industry is HUGE here, the companies are just working harder to secure deals in European countries, since many of the jobs require very odd working hours .. 8 pm to 4 am is NOT uncommon.

Ok, so my Hawaiian house help, who was sticking around here for a while after meeting her Israeli boyfriend in Thailand, is currently working the following job: Jeremy Estes should pay attention, since I think you actually make money doing this even small time, so imagine the possibilities of big time.

An online ‘web’ directory is created and the focus is on specific niche areas. House painters, plumbers, electricians, etc.. The cold callers aka ex Hawaiian househelp receive a list of leads from each city, which is as easy as collecting a phone book, and approaches them with a “Could you handle more business?” the pitch continues with “We are only looking to find reputable people in the field, and if you meet our standards, we will list you in our online directory that is accessible blah blah blah..” then they say a few sentences that probably goes over most people’s heads.. “we are partnering with such and such sites, etc.”.. I am certain in addition to cold callers they do have a full time (outsourced people!!) backlink builders, and SEO specialists..

If you have the right script in front of you, and usually just ONE local business on board to start, then it should not be too hard to convince someone else to sign up! Meaning the conversion rate of sales made per call is much higher than it would be if you were sending the business to a direct sales page.

Dont be scared to work it OFFLINE to succeed ONLINE.

They charge $100/month for one LINK on their site. They do offer their callers a HUGE chunk of the first month as a commission, but this is all about continuity and the long term. It does seem daunting to be paying a base salary + the bulk of the first months earnings to your employees.. but when the 2nd month rolls around and the members are charged automatically, while your staff is generating more sales.. you are then on the road to serious business!

All it takes is ONE WEBSITE!!! and a bunch of gullible small business people who think the word Website is like what the immigrants thought of the word AMERICA!! Gold RUSH (oh and for many, America / Websites is the REAL DEAL!!)

Here is to YOUR personal Gold Rush!

I know I promised this video 2 days ago, but 2 things happened:

      1) I got tired. Sorry. It happens occassionally. I will try not to let it happen again.

      2) I decided last minute to remove all references to a report I was promoting in the VIDEO. Not because I dont find it worthy of promoting, in fact I am.. right HERE and read below.. but I wanted the video to be more timeless and well.. have the potential to promote ME :) . However, instead of re-recording, I just took the same footage and chopped it up even more!

As is typical.. just as I am getting ready to do something, someone else comes along with a big bang! Andrew Cavanagh wrote a thread on the Warrior Forum suggesting similar ideas to what I mention in my video. As I suspected would happen, people were like WOW.. meaning the idea never occured to them. I did not actually see the thread in the forum. I think it was removed so he could instead pitch the idea and sell it. I advise you to check out this $19.99 product since unlike many other products where you purchase and dont know what you are getting, he has his original forum post in his sales pitch and there are no secrets.

What you are getting in this report (< -- link) are tips to approach businesses, lingo with with to approach them, how to build up referrals (which it really is all about), services to offer, prices to charge, outsourcing suggestions, and some basic SEO practices.. Basically helps you fill in the holes. Not to hype it up, but his price will only remain for a while, since that is the rules of this forum! Be expected for a serious hike in the next few days.

By the way I am quite serious about what I wrote in the video. If you go out and get the clients, I will take half (well assuming you charge them enough!), and show you how to get it done. It wont take long for you to cut out the middle man, and do it for yourself! So go ahead and click contact!

      • Rolling out a Business – Small, Medium, & Large size Ventures.

    • Here is a quick overview of whats going on, and will try to build a better picture soon.

At Rent A Coder I have a project in the works which includes the graphics work for 4 websites + I am nearing decision on a 2nd open project bid for product review writing. We did find some local talent to help with editing materials but no one here really grasps marketing on the web, so outsourced!

Some ‘smaller time’ automatic revenue systems we are working on has encouraged me to make some purchases to really get into the nitty gritty of mastering a niche without both being an expert or devoting full time to it. One such product is how to create a product which feeds to a desperate market, and since we have 2 such niches, I made the plunge. Check it out. It didnt hurt that this ebook was recommended by some of the best in the biz! My initial findings is that there is desperate and then there is desparate – and can you compare someone who cant get a checking account open to someone who is suffering from a medical condition?? She is convinced yes.

Our ‘Medium size’ ventures are not far off from our smaller ones, except that they are catering to much bigger markets, offer much more combination of IM skills to include data acquisition + upsells + backend sales + blogging + oh yeh – SEO and Traffic! We will get to this… when it is not 3 am and I have to be with my daughter at the hospital in 5 hours from now

‘Larger’ ventures? My angel is a lead genius, and with the launch of Lead Supreme, I am having a hard time containing myself. Lead Supreme is a heavy duty lead generation software that basically offers landing pages that pre populate the fields and based on demographics, and other behavioural stuff, will offer the ‘lead’ relevant offers. You create the relationship with the companies that feed the offers, you keep the lead, and if you know what you are doing.. Ka Ching! I would say that most people convinced to buy along the regular IM style launches and pitches will be waking up not long from now $4500 poorer and wondering what oh what went wrong. In the wrong hands.. this is just a HUGE waste of money. However, imagine if you know a thing or two about leads, and you know a lot more about CPA (cost per action) companies, and you just happen to know a SEO genius and a PPC expert.. well well.. then I am not the one to decide, but it could just be..

Not counting on Lead Supreme, my ‘larger’ venture is something I am not going to get into too much now, however JUST as I was fretting over a lot of the details, the hows… the tools to what I had in mind literally appeared in my inbox and cost $97. If I understood correctly what they are offering and I can see how it lines up with what I am imagining, then we just may be on to something. Ok, when I start editing every other word of writing, it is time to pull the blog – (i left that in since it was a real non thinking typo, but I felt somehow appropo!)

New corporation requires new hosting. Debating between my current host (been satisfied – very good personal response) and giving serious thought towards a friend recommended and best hosting awarded company. This part was delayed since the corporation was just ‘founded’. Tomorrow I decide.

Some other exciting stuff – I am emailing back and forth with Rich Schefrens people – will divulge more on that later!

      • Bite Size Post #3 What is the Fate of the Talented Freelancer?

Posted in Online Business, Outsourcing, Products / Services I bought - Honest Reviews, by Andrea Yager

As many of you know, I am on my way to making a lot of money. Naturally in order to succeed I need to build a team of people who can help me. To include writers, graphic artists, coders, etc.. I know that there is great value in outsourcing, but I was thinking of the benefits to be able to contact a local in order to express what I want, help them visualize it through some conversations, be available for quick changes, edits, what have you.

Therefore, I asked my assistant to do a local search for talent, and bring back to me their accomplishments / pricing. I am SHOCKED. I can have integrity, and be a person of charity, but can I really hire local workers who on average want between $30-$75 for an article, when I can get 25 written for that same price? Can I hire a graphic artist to make a logo for $200, when I can get similar for $50? These are not shots in the dark. These are outsourced talents with feedback and a committment to work for you, in order to maintain a high score average. There are outsourced talents with a portfolio that speak of experience. I know the clause ‘you get what you pay for’, but is that really true? Local talent doesnt speak like this:

“i am happy to meet with your expectations”

“i am waiting anxiously to meet your requirements”

      2 caveats to outsourcing:

      1) If you are big time big time, you use big time money to invest in big time firms to get the job done. Outsourced companies are not for coca cola to build a website. I dont think most of them handle that kind of work so they will not be able to conceptualize and realize your needs.

      2) If you cant afford to screw up, either financially or working within a deadline, then you just may do better negotiating with local talent who you can actually speak to references and know that the porfolio they put up on the web is in fact real.

Speaking of that – wanna hear something cool? We approached the locals who seemed most eager to work and said that at this time we are only looking to pay x amount for this skill and more than 50% responded in the affirmative! Cant hurt to ask..

      Where I outsource?

      • Tips and Tools to Run a More Efficient, Profitable Business. FREE!! (tx Brad and Russell!)

Posted in Next Internet Millionaire, Online Business, Outsourcing, Things I learned Today, by Andrea Yager

    •
My last post I wrote that Brad Fallon, of Stomping the Search Engines, had spoken on the Next Internet Millionaire Episode six, but I couldnt recall what he said.. yet I continued to go on and on about my plans for reaching my goals of online success. Hello! What Brad said is essentially THE MOST important piece of the puzzle for my new venture.

I understood Brad to be a search engine guy, so was not expecting to hear the following ideas (some verbatim) from him..

If you want to make a lot of money fast – you may be going after a really big hit without even getting in the game.. how do you get there faster? How can you make your business a success? Well by not doing stuff! The less YOU do, the more you will make. . money you can get back – time you can’t. If you are the only person getting things done, a lot less will get done. If you want to learn a business, it’s about leverage.

One of the issues I had with my past J.O.B was the refusal to follow that. To spend more to make more. To be many places in the same time. Even though the company tries to adopt many Rich Schefren business principles and attitudes, if you try to do it all yourself.. it wont get done.

Unless someone can locate an ebook or abridged version, I am on my way to purchase the 4 hour work week by Tim Ferriss, who outsources his life. I realize this is an elitist attitude, since it’s great advice for the people who buy his book, but we can only take advantage of this as long as there are others who dont :) .

Lining up nicely with this is a new free report created by Russell Brunson, called the IM-Myth. Russell implemented
offline marketing into his marketing mix and has tripled his business every year since!

It was literally a 20 minute read, and VERY worthwhile. At first glance I was highly skeptical and not sure I would make the time for it.. why? Apparently, He and I had both purchased the same book by Vince James about how he earned a hundred million in a year. While I found the book overpriced, overwhelming and daunting, Russell was excited and contacted Mr James about putting it into action. Personally I felt that Mr James approach was for those with capital to lose and targeted a very small %age of the society of actual risk takers and doers. The IM-Myth, which I found to be a MUCH BETTER read, simplified it in a way that makes taking online to offline in such a simple, clear, precise way. Now, I too am excited! Russell provides you with examples, necessary resources, and even his staff to help you get it going! Check it out… for Free..

My Toshiba literally just totally DIED on me. My warranty, naturally, ended a month ago. It seems to be a motherboard problem. I am getting 12 flashing lights on the power when I press the on button – nothing else.. sooo sad about this. Just as I was planning my get up and go.. starting Sunday, I now have to find a reliable repairman – no Toshiba authorized service center here.. Thank g-d for the kid’s PC!

I am a woman on a mission. Have not officially started yet, so just putting out feelers..

Just Getting Started Earning an Online Income? Watch my progress:

      1) After much research with all glowing reports, I joined Wealthy Affiliate. At a very reasonable $29.95 per month, they are basically the place that Adwords/PPC affiliate arbitrage happen. In addition to web hosting, they offer keyword tools, hand holding courses to cover all your bases, resources to compliment where your skills may be lacking (landing pages, etc.), and analytic tools to know which keywords are the earners. How do they *Rock*? They will they personally inspect your campaigns, and they have a FORUM where you can literally WITNESS the process of selecting a niche to a successful campaign completion. A real support group.Turns out I may not be using PPC as much as I anticipated with this new venture, but since the cost is a drop in the bucket for what they offer.. I am sticking around until I know for sure. They are down as we speak – will add the link soon..

      2) The Make 20 thousand in 20 days.. Michael Green is a very competent marketer, and I understand the concept behind this. I have joined courses – from the public to the exclusive and each one loses me at the go write 1000 articles and report back next week phase.. ok thats an exaggeration, but I like to think I can make GREAT money without having to work THAT hard.. If I sound cliche’, well then I am! So making 20k in 20 days (or YOUR MONEY BACK!!) is too good to pass up, since it not only gives you the day by day plan, only expects a couple of part time hours from you, provides you with what is usually considered ‘the missing link’, (a product to put your name on), but also introduces you to a world you may not have been privvy to before.. and once you are in.. you should be able to repeat the process… again or your money back! Sounds like a no brainer to me.

      3) We interrupt this for a Next Internet Millionaire Episode Six Review – I liked the immunity challenge a lot! Looked like loads of fun in the Colorado heatwave.. but the funny thing is that where Charles Trippy clearly was not even trying and it made sense that he ended up with $4, Laura Martin.. and others.. seemed to be struggling to get any attention, yet managed to sell about the pops for at least $1 or more.. It was so disappointing that they gave us Nico’s total, but failed to really show us HOW he did it! Luckily for me, I have his email, and will ask him how he managed to sell 20 popsicles for over $40!! Then.. Brad Fallon, SEO Darling, China Manufacturer, Huge Wedding Favor site owner, fellow Atlantan, and dishy IM’er took the stage to talk about something – someone please remind me.. and then somehow, I am not certain how the next task was related to what they learned and not only cuz I cant remember, but since at the time I wondered if I missed something. They did my thing and went to a Garage Sale.. well I really do Estate Sales, but still.. I have become skilled at knowing what has value and what not… although I dont typically deal with Middle America homes filled with the most random things you could possibly imagine, rather I know my tupperware and little tikes! My son figured that the contestants were calling home begging their family to drop their trust fund in Coca Cola Memorabilia or Sports Figurines…but I was thinking NDA.

So they uploaded their stuff to Ebay and headed for a night out on the town, thinking that we would rather watch them let down their guard and party then get eliminated. Well, since someone is going and that is inevitable, I say drink on your own time, and let the ax fall when I expect it to!

      4) I already made an investment a while ago to join Rich-Jerks.com and I am sticking with it. This is NOT to be conused with The RICH JERK. In fact, Noah Fleming who runs this membership, is a really super above board guy. I never had the time necessary to really dig into what they offer or how they stand out from the crowd, but in addition to hosting, they are an endless supply of products. If you know what a WSO is.. they buy whatever is requested, so if you are a sucker for every product you lay your eyes on PLUS some.. this is for you. They have purchased more PLR (private label rights), MRR (Master Resale Rights) ebooks, graphics, etc.. that I could ever have what to do with… and it’s all current. However, some of it WILL be put to good use in this new venture.

      5. I have money to spend.. but one thing I dont understand is why someone would unload tons of money for a unique website design. Find something you like, rip off the code, add a unique logo, change the colors, put your own content on it and voila! Here are some great resources I am using to get some of my websites up quickly. Often your needs will change – that is the time to spend the money. Now, when you want to make sure you are headed in the right direction, affordability is key. I am all for a first impression, but you check out these sites and tell me if they wont do the trick as far as that is concerned – better than some stuff I have outsourced! a. Templatebox

The featured coach on the Next Internet Millionaire Episode 2 was Armand Morin. Armand is the head of BigSeminar – an internet marketing networking seminar weekend conference that takes place bi-annually in my good ol sweet hometown of Atlanta GA. What I did not know about Armand – that he is a branding expert.. which I find kinda bizarre since I have been on 100 different lists for years -

      So what did we learn??

      4 things:

      1) No matter how big or small your company/whatever is.. you NEED a Logo – it’s not reserved for the big timers.

      2) Increase your Potential with ‘Obvious Marketing’ – give people that which they came to see – make it clear and obvious what and who you are about through your brand, look and feel. Dont nickel and dime on the face you want to present, since that is probably your best money spent to secure loyalty.

      3) Once you sell them once, you will have a much easier time selling them twice.. but make sure you are poised for that backend pitch/sale.

      4) Domains should have 5 letters or not have 5 letters (didnt hear that part too clearly) and have no dashes. To which I have to say S*#T!!!! I have like 25 sites with dashes in the domains, all purchased after it was suggested TO buy dashes.

      NOT Impressed with:

In the judgement room, Joel Comm is asking most of the contestants who they think should be ‘sandboxed’. When he approaches Laura Martin, you can tell she has planned NOT to answer. Joel is visibly annoyed.. and says something like I am going to give you one last chance (or what? you will be sandboxed? Guess what.. you should have held out Laura for your principles, since you were sandboxed anyways) .. he says something about this being the game and “c’mon, this is business”.

Yes. This is the game, but NO.. THIS IS NOT BUSINESS. I hope as heck it isnt!! Business is about honesty and integrity. Business relationships are about serving others. Reality shows are about entertainment and opportunity. This is probably a big reason Jonathan Kraft, who made it clear he lives by these principles in his video, was not selected after the 2nd round.

In Joel’s defense, as we were submitting our 2nd round audition videos, and reading more from online searches about what we could expect if selected, this was the time to come to terms with the nature of this game, and decide ‘can I play or not’? That doesnt mean it is easy.. its just entertainment.

      Non Reality:

Armand, Joel, and any other successful online marketer would OUTSOURCE their work, and not be taking out the scissors and glue. Although I take that back! Joel did outsource it – to the contestants.. but hey Joel.. I can help you outsource for MUCH MUCH CHEAPER ;) ..

Back to Logos/Branding… I didnt really create the Logo for this blog.. It sort of happened in a long boring story. I know I am talking about my assent to earning an online income, becoming an internet millionaire, amongst other how-to’s, product reviews, what have you..

Any suggestions for a more appropriate Banner/Logo?
