    • HOW CAN I BE SO CERTAIN That This is Why I succeed…. and my be why YOU have not? (sorry if that sounds harsh)

      Simple…. because

the areas I have a harder time succeeding are where my knowledge ends and someone else’s begins. Put simply, YOU (and I) just do better at what we know. Even if it means asking someone else to do it.

What do I know that you MAY NOT?

      Watch this:

Get the Flash Player to see this player.

(PS - we will be conducting an interview with Jason soon. Basically stripping him of everything he knows. for YOU. Should be fun)

This is what I know. How to create a simple website. How to FTP. How to make a table, add an image, yada yada.. I can tweak, edit, and shift things around a webpage without having to make a phone call, or pay ridiculous maintenance retainer fees to web design companies….

      and you know what?

It took about as LONG to learn all that as it did for me to figure out how to put this Flash Video on this blog.

So now YOU (and that means you too MOM) can learn along with your 8 year old children / grandchildren (who learn this as a matter of course in Elementary school), and build your OWN website. (yes - the text before this is underlined for a reason - it means it will take you where you NEED to go to learn how to tie your shoes, excuse me, I mean build a website!)

I am trying to imagine a difficult task for an adult to equate the difficulty required to Create a website. This is what I came up with:

If you can fill up your own tank of gas (self-serve), or manage to cook a recipe by following the list of ingredients, you can build a website.

It has nothing to do with taste, geek stuff, art (I cannot draw a stick figure), digital cameras, fancy expensive software, or how many degrees you have.

      Letter A
It’s just a matter of getting something to happen at Point A
      Arrow
      letter B

and making sure it appears at Point B.

I know there are ways to make money without a website. BUT not If you want a Business that will LAST, which others will take SERIOUSLY, and that YOU control.

ARE YOU READY TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SERIOUSLY?

      Great. I knew you were.

      Here is your ACTION PLAN:

      1.

Check out the Web for FREE resources. However.. be warned.. you can find everything under the sun for FREE on the web, but it will NOT provide you with what a complete product should look like. You will have to be the Master of the Outcome, and fill in all those pieces that are left out based on not knowing YOUR needs, or YOUR skill level.

I prefer to PAY to save me time and energy of the learning curve. Especially when you can find what you need so affordably.

      2.

Check out Jason’s 7 minute Set up. It’s amazing how many Marketers took YOU knowing this for granted, so thank you Jason for creating this important product!

      3.

I am only a member of 2 memberships now. This is one of them. They offer a complete Website Builder as just one part of their extremely robust membership package. Sort of like building blocks, you build your site.

If you are VERY new, I strongly recommend Jason’s product, as this membership site could be (will be) overwhelming. If you have been around for a while, and could benefit from knowing Web design to enhance your other knowledge, I cannot recommend this membership site enough!

Tell me.. What do you know? How did you learn it? Has it benefited you? or..

What do you NOT know… and has it HARMED your business?

I know I promised this video 2 days ago, but 2 things happened:

      1) I got tired. Sorry. It happens occassionally. I will try not to let it happen again.

      2) I decided last minute to remove all references to a report I was promoting in the VIDEO. Not because I dont find it worthy of promoting, in fact I am.. right HERE and read below.. but I wanted the video to be more timeless and well.. have the potential to promote ME :). However, instead of re-recording, I just took the same footage and chopped it up even more!

As is typical.. just as I am getting ready to do something, someone else comes along with a big bang! Andrew Cavanagh wrote a thread on the Warrior Forum suggesting similar ideas to what I mention in my video. As I suspected would happen, people were like WOW.. meaning the idea never occured to them. I did not actually see the thread in the forum. I think it was removed so he could instead pitch the idea and sell it. I advise you to check out this $19.99 product since unlike many other products where you purchase and dont know what you are getting, he has his original forum post in his sales pitch and there are no secrets.

What you are getting in this report (< -- link) are tips to approach businesses, lingo with with to approach them, how to build up referrals (which it really is all about), services to offer, prices to charge, outsourcing suggestions, and some basic SEO practices.. Basically helps you fill in the holes. Not to hype it up, but his price will only remain for a while, since that is the rules of this forum! Be expected for a serious hike in the next few days.

By the way I am quite serious about what I wrote in the video. If you go out and get the clients, I will take half (well assuming you charge them enough!), and show you how to get it done. It wont take long for you to cut out the middle man, and do it for yourself! So go ahead and click contact!

    • First of all.. BIG BIG thanks to BIG Jason who recommended I download a new plugin called Spam Karma - took about 10 minutes to get rid of what had become over 3000 spam comments! It may be blocking YOUR comments as well, but go ahead and try it out.

Everyday there is another product launch and I am not certain am I supposed to use my blog to pitch to people in the off chance I will make an affiliate commission, or because you may come across something really valuable.

Clickbank Videos recently launched. I JOINED THIS membership! I dont know - but just the combination of

      Affiliate Marketing
      Clickbank
      Videos

all into one PACKAGE is incredibly attractive.

Imagine you are overweight and come across THIS VIDEO (still trying to figure out if I can add them to a blog).. and then it spits you out into the product? Or if you want to make money on Ebay and you came across THIS VIDEO??

I still have not looked into how to fully make the most of them, and since I am moving away from the ‘IM’ niche, most of them may not apply, but clickbank has tons of non IM niche markets covered.

Well.. if you are interested in more info, then I advise you to check out this FINAL VIDEO! Do you find his voice a little annoying or is it just me??

Now to explain the title of this post. Apparantely some people are getting burned and sick of the latest and greatest product :) . When I asked my friend Mike, if he had heard about this latest launch for this product called Google Payload, that was responsible for flooding my inbox with bonues, he said no.. and then said If I want Manure, I will go to Home Depot. Growing up with lots of boys, I always find toilet humor funny :)

I suspect he made that comment as a means to protect himself from buying another product. When you are an Internet Marketer, it is not too hard to see the amazing value in a product and earn back it’s cost within days…. but this takes away from focus time, accomplishing time, and ultimately, creating a solid business and not fly by night quick cash systems.

Check this out and let me know how this product differs, and what makes it a no brainer for you? Basically anything to do with CPA lately is all the rage. Google Payload.

      • Rolling out a Business - Small, Medium, & Large size Ventures.

Posted in Online Business, Outsourcing, Personal Baby Steps, Products / Services I bought - Honest Reviews, by Andrea Yager

    • Here is a quick overview of whats going on, and will try to build a better picture soon.

At Rent A Coder I have a project in the works which includes the graphics work for 4 websites + I am nearing decision on a 2nd open project bid for product review writing. We did find some local talent to help with editing materials but no one here really grasps marketing on the web, so outsourced!

Some ’smaller time’ automatic revenue systems we are working on has encouraged me to make some purchases to really get into the nitty gritty of mastering a niche without both being an expert or devoting full time to it. One such product is how to create a product which feeds to a desperate market, and since we have 2 such niches, I made the plunge. Check it out. It didnt hurt that this ebook was recommended by some of the best in the biz! My initial findings is that there is desperate and then there is desparate - and can you compare someone who cant get a checking account open to someone who is suffering from a medical condition?? She is convinced yes.

Our ‘Medium size’ ventures are not far off from our smaller ones, except that they are catering to much bigger markets, offer much more combination of IM skills to include data acquisition + upsells + backend sales + blogging + oh yeh - SEO and Traffic! We will get to this… when it is not 3 am and I have to be with my daughter at the hospital in 5 hours from now

‘Larger’ ventures? My angel is a lead genius, and with the launch of Lead Supreme, I am having a hard time containing myself. Lead Supreme is a heavy duty lead generation software that basically offers landing pages that pre populate the fields and based on demographics, and other behavioural stuff, will offer the ‘lead’ relevant offers. You create the relationship with the companies that feed the offers, you keep the lead, and if you know what you are doing.. Ka Ching! I would say that most people convinced to buy along the regular IM style launches and pitches will be waking up not long from now $4500 poorer and wondering what oh what went wrong. In the wrong hands.. this is just a HUGE waste of money. However, imagine if you know a thing or two about leads, and you know a lot more about CPA (cost per action) companies, and you just happen to know a SEO genius and a PPC expert.. well well.. then I am not the one to decide, but it could just be..

Not counting on Lead Supreme, my ‘larger’ venture is something I am not going to get into too much now, however JUST as I was fretting over a lot of the details, the hows… the tools to what I had in mind literally appeared in my inbox and cost $97. If I understood correctly what they are offering and I can see how it lines up with what I am imagining, then we just may be on to something. Ok, when I start editing every other word of writing, it is time to pull the blog - (i left that in since it was a real non thinking typo, but I felt somehow appropo!)

New corporation requires new hosting. Debating between my current host (been satisfied - very good personal response) and giving serious thought towards a friend recommended and best hosting awarded company. This part was delayed since the corporation was just ‘founded’. Tomorrow I decide.

Some other exciting stuff - I am emailing back and forth with Rich Schefrens people - will divulge more on that later!

      • Bite Size Post #3 What is the Fate of the Talented Freelancer?

Posted in Online Business, Outsourcing, Products / Services I bought - Honest Reviews, by Andrea Yager

As many of you know, I am on my way to making a lot of money. Naturally in order to succeed I need to build a team of people who can help me. To include writers, graphic artists, coders, etc.. I know that there is great value in outsourcing, but I was thinking of the benefits to be able to contact a local in order to express what I want, help them visualize it through some conversations, be available for quick changes, edits, what have you.

Therefore, I asked my assistant to do a local search for talent, and bring back to me their accomplishments / pricing. I am SHOCKED. I can have integrity, and be a person of charity, but can I really hire local workers who on average want between $30-$75 for an article, when I can get 25 written for that same price? Can I hire a graphic artist to make a logo for $200, when I can get similar for $50? These are not shots in the dark. These are outsourced talents with feedback and a committment to work for you, in order to maintain a high score average. There are outsourced talents with a portfolio that speak of experience. I know the clause ‘you get what you pay for’, but is that really true? Local talent doesnt speak like this:

“i am happy to meet with your expectations”

“i am waiting anxiously to meet your requirements”

      2 caveats to outsourcing:

      1) If you are big time big time, you use big time money to invest in big time firms to get the job done. Outsourced companies are not for coca cola to build a website. I dont think most of them handle that kind of work so they will not be able to conceptualize and realize your needs.

      2) If you cant afford to screw up, either financially or working within a deadline, then you just may do better negotiating with local talent who you can actually speak to references and know that the porfolio they put up on the web is in fact real.

Speaking of that - wanna hear something cool? We approached the locals who seemed most eager to work and said that at this time we are only looking to pay x amount for this skill and more than 50% responded in the affirmative! Cant hurt to ask..

      Where I outsource?

Seriously how can I have time to blog, when I am too busy spending money. Even the Next Internet Millionaire was ahead of schedule :) .

I am going to go out on a limb here.. but it is my NEW belief that if you have $500 to spend and you know the right resources - in ANY GIVEN WEEK, you (aka NEWBIE or More) could cull ideas, hire / purchase the materials and get something up and going. This is actually a piece of the puzzle that I was always missing. I believed I had to do BIG.. and while it’s true that I am working on BIG to Earn BIG, if you can learn how to earn small, and set it up multiple times, thats a good start! And actually accomplish.

My next post.. ok very very soon.. will share more of what I am buying.. but since I just dumped this on you, I am going to give you an opportunity to check out a NEW report that is lauded as one of the best marketing ebooks around. For more than just it’s content. It’s combined with both 20 ways REAL Marketers earn at least $100 daily, and the creation of the product itself is a testament to the success that you can have as these 20 contributed, packaged, marketed it, and here I am promoting it!

Honestly $3000 per month is not enough for most people to ‘fire their boss’, but with 20 options, something is bound to be eye opening, give you a new perspective, take the idea and put a twist on it, and that’s what this whole education is all about.

So back to my shopping spree - Up until now, I usually would buy something for its value of what it CAN DO. I would be sucked in with the compelling sales copy. Naturally, the items would sit collecting dust on my hard drive. Heck, one of the main reasons items sell so well, is that 20% of the marketers are counting on 80% to do nothing with them!

It’s not like I am new to spending impulsively. As I explained before and will repeat until I can make YOU feel good about it, I invested in an education. SO what if the people were selling a DREAM, and I bought into that. I learned something. everything. I can assure you that my sister in NYU spending $45k per year, forcing my dad to push off retirement, will NOT come out more prepared. I guess it’s an expensive way to make sure she has a social life, since working from home online aint too good for that :) .. (love you Ris!)

This time I have a plan. Its not 100% formed. There are holes. There is flexibility. I havent entirely hit the nail on the head. But when I see something to purchase, I see how can it fits in this puzzle, and simplifies the process, hopefully offering a double advantage of saving money and earning us more. The Internet Marketing world is filled with items created for mass production, and therefore you can pick up an item for $37 that if ordered custom for you could cost in the $100’s if not $1000’s. Not to mention the chance to purchase online money making ideas (like I am promoting here) for anywhere from $7 to $47 which can get addictive, but often opens your eyes up to more possibilities, and increases your knowledge of the market, what is out there, and is a real bargain when you add up the added value you can attach to your resume.

A friend of mine who contributed ONE of these 20 ideas could sell it on it’s own for the price of the book. I loved his idea! Making money online is not all about loans, weight loss, and ebay! You can make money promoting Hanna Montana, and Britney Spears.. Find something for you (or your teenage kids) to do in their spare time to earn some cash. Multiply his idea by 20 and you have what I call a NO Brainer. For those of you who are a bit slow that was a link to check it out. HERE is another one.

I am a woman on a mission. Have not officially started yet, so just putting out feelers..

Just Getting Started Earning an Online Income? Watch my progress:

      1) After much research with all glowing reports, I joined Wealthy Affiliate. At a very reasonable $29.95 per month, they are basically the place that Adwords/PPC affiliate arbitrage happen. In addition to web hosting, they offer keyword tools, hand holding courses to cover all your bases, resources to compliment where your skills may be lacking (landing pages, etc.), and analytic tools to know which keywords are the earners. How do they *Rock*? They will they personally inspect your campaigns, and they have a FORUM where you can literally WITNESS the process of selecting a niche to a successful campaign completion. A real support group.Turns out I may not be using PPC as much as I anticipated with this new venture, but since the cost is a drop in the bucket for what they offer.. I am sticking around until I know for sure. They are down as we speak - will add the link soon..

      2) The Make 20 thousand in 20 days.. Michael Green is a very competent marketer, and I understand the concept behind this. I have joined courses - from the public to the exclusive and each one loses me at the go write 1000 articles and report back next week phase.. ok thats an exaggeration, but I like to think I can make GREAT money without having to work THAT hard.. If I sound cliche’, well then I am! So making 20k in 20 days (or YOUR MONEY BACK!!) is too good to pass up, since it not only gives you the day by day plan, only expects a couple of part time hours from you, provides you with what is usually considered ‘the missing link’, (a product to put your name on), but also introduces you to a world you may not have been privvy to before.. and once you are in.. you should be able to repeat the process… again or your money back! Sounds like a no brainer to me.

      3) We interrupt this for a Next Internet Millionaire Episode Six Review - I liked the immunity challenge a lot! Looked like loads of fun in the Colorado heatwave.. but the funny thing is that where Charles Trippy clearly was not even trying and it made sense that he ended up with $4, Laura Martin.. and others.. seemed to be struggling to get any attention, yet managed to sell about the pops for at least $1 or more.. It was so disappointing that they gave us Nico’s total, but failed to really show us HOW he did it! Luckily for me, I have his email, and will ask him how he managed to sell 20 popsicles for over $40!! Then.. Brad Fallon, SEO Darling, China Manufacturer, Huge Wedding Favor site owner, fellow Atlantan, and dishy IM’er took the stage to talk about something - someone please remind me.. and then somehow, I am not certain how the next task was related to what they learned and not only cuz I cant remember, but since at the time I wondered if I missed something. They did my thing and went to a Garage Sale.. well I really do Estate Sales, but still.. I have become skilled at knowing what has value and what not… although I dont typically deal with Middle America homes filled with the most random things you could possibly imagine, rather I know my tupperware and little tikes! My son figured that the contestants were calling home begging their family to drop their trust fund in Coca Cola Memorabilia or Sports Figurines…but I was thinking NDA.

So they uploaded their stuff to Ebay and headed for a night out on the town, thinking that we would rather watch them let down their guard and party then get eliminated. Well, since someone is going and that is inevitable, I say drink on your own time, and let the ax fall when I expect it to!

      4) I already made an investment a while ago to join Rich-Jerks.com and I am sticking with it. This is NOT to be conused with The RICH JERK. In fact, Noah Fleming who runs this membership, is a really super above board guy. I never had the time necessary to really dig into what they offer or how they stand out from the crowd, but in addition to hosting, they are an endless supply of products. If you know what a WSO is.. they buy whatever is requested, so if you are a sucker for every product you lay your eyes on PLUS some.. this is for you. They have purchased more PLR (private label rights), MRR (Master Resale Rights) ebooks, graphics, etc.. that I could ever have what to do with… and it’s all current. However, some of it WILL be put to good use in this new venture.

      5. I have money to spend.. but one thing I dont understand is why someone would unload tons of money for a unique website design. Find something you like, rip off the code, add a unique logo, change the colors, put your own content on it and voila! Here are some great resources I am using to get some of my websites up quickly. Often your needs will change - that is the time to spend the money. Now, when you want to make sure you are headed in the right direction, affordability is key. I am all for a first impression, but you check out these sites and tell me if they wont do the trick as far as that is concerned - better than some stuff I have outsourced! a. Templatebox

      • Internet Marketing Meets New Technology = BlogRush Syndication

Posted in Blogging, Products / Services I bought - Honest Reviews, Viral Marketing, by Andrea Yager

Most Internet Marketers earn their keep by promoting products on how you can promote online products or earn money from some tactic or another.

Every now and then a marketer develops a site/product/service which separates them from the pack and catapults them into being a serious player.

John Reese of ‘Traffic Secrets’ fame did just that. John Reese BlogRush Syndicated Network

His BlogRush syndication was developed to help increase FREE targeted traffic to your blog by placing a widget on your site that allows other blogs to see related material and vice versa. The Internet Marketing twists:

      1) If someone clicks on a topic on your blog.. a new window will open so you dont lose a viewer.

      2) You receive a viewing credit each time the BlogRush widget is viewed on your blog.

      3) With ‘Kosher Style’ MLM, if you refer bloggers to BlogRush, then you can get ‘viewing credits’ based on the viewership of each blog you refer. Of course the problem with this.. if you sign up 10 sub par non active blogs, and it caps at 10 sub referrers, (which I believe I heard), then you may not get the results you like.

I am all for more Blog Traffic, but my ONE complaint and reason you do not currently see the BlogRush widget on my blog.. It is too wide and the script does not allow me to play with the sizes, as I have done for MyBlogLog, and Bumpzee. I could not find any way to contact them via their very well put together site. Any advice?

I highly recommend you get started with BlogRush today, since like other MLM’s those in first stand to benefit the most. Plus its just a great all round asset for your Blog, and it looks nice too. No Hype Needed.

      • How To Be Two Places At The Same Time - Aweber

Posted in HOW TO's (NEWBIES...!!), Products / Services I bought - Honest Reviews, by Andrea Yager
      • 0 Comments

    • In the series of How To set up a business and Products I have purchased:

One of the MOST essential services required for almost any online venture is an Autoresponder series. In a nutshell this service allows you to collect email addresses and send out prewritten materials on a time schedule you determine. Aweber comes most highly recommended. I am not deluded enough to believe that anyone searching for Aweber will make it to my site, since Aweber has been recommended so many times by top marketers. Yet when doing a product review for items /services purchased, it seems worthy to be the first mentioned, so here goes.

      Some neat features:

      1) As mentioned. Regardless of when someone signs up, you can have prewritten responses scheduled to go out to them. This is like a relationship in a box business, since once you have completed the initial task of writing up these emails, you go about your daily life, work, etc.. while your autoresponders are building up a relationship with your new subscribers

      2) They make it very easy to create a sign up form and provide you with an a little snippet of code to place on your site. You can also choose a page to send the subscriber to following the sign up page, thus furthering your income opportunities while you sleep.

      3) Their reports are great. You can tell how many unique visitors viewed your sign up page, opened up emails sent, clicked on which links, etc.. You can also split test. All these tools force you to become a better copywriter, or realize you need to hire one!

      4) They are most popularly lauded and used for their deliverability of emails. So many other programs end up in my spam folder, but all aweber accounts go into the inbox. Even Rich Schefren’s emails land in the spam folder.

      Some annoying features:

      1) If you select double opt-in (a subscriber has to confirm via email their desire to join your list), then automatically ALL of your accounts are required to be double opt-in. Therefore, if you wanted to have a ’serious’ list of double optins and also run a bunch of niche market campaigns and make it easier on the subscriber, you CANNOT do both! Unless you are willing to purchase a 2nd account.

      2) I set up an account for a relative throwing out all sorts of “its awesomes” and “you must haves”. He was going through a site change, but had a really slick backend mailing admin, that allowed him to click on members by state, and other sorts of filters, and then send.. done. He discovered too late that my excitement was not for the ‘easy to use’ features, rather it’s statistics - what %age opened and what %age clicked on the included links. These are really factors that - unusually so - are not very relevant to him. Bottom line - Aweber not a necessity to celebrities, but pretty much everyone else.

      3) I havent tried importing from one list to the next or whatever.. I am putting it here since, with a place this careful and anti spam yada yada.. I would assume it would not be a picnic.
