Dawud,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I have yet to figure out how to get my subscribe to comments plugin to work for me, so I will hopefully make my way over to your blog and say HI BACK! That way I will be heeding your advice at the same time :)

Andrea.

WOW! Thank you for your way too kind words.

Building my business through blogging has been very simple...write good content and comment everywhere I reasonably can. And do both with the intention of creating conversation and building relationships. Ultimately, it's the sincere, mutually beneficial relationships that will lead to business growth. I know Ponn feels the same way.

Again, thanks.

Ponn - that one worked.. here. I am going to paste for everyone's viewing pleasure your comment that for some reason did not go through :) I still want to understand this 8 person team whoa!!!

"My dearest Andrea,

Ohhhh…this is such a honor-post for me, during such a tiring time in my personal health. Thank you.

BTW, your title alone intrigued me to “come out” and actually make my 1st comment online while still on medical=bedrest. What a pleasure, my dear

1. Dawud is a dear colleague/friend, and like - WOW - cool girl!
2. I can say I recognize 99% of my commentators’ names and blogs, but yours don’t ring a bell, which again, like - WOW - I’m honored I empowered you in a silent way

Now, to your very difficult questions, hmmm….

Feeding and homeschooling our girls are well…hmm…can not be answered by schedules, routines, or “systems” that I maintain in my online biz.

I get all their 3 meals prepared, and we get tons of our educational stuff throughout our daily routines…I’m not a “true” unschooler, but we have our own little ways of doing things.

We have routines and systems in place, but the timing of our execution varies every day. For example, we have a morning and night routine, what hours, times it begins varies greatly.

We have “school-stuff’ that has to be done, stuff is in their right places, we gather-around for ‘reading/quiet time’..the same time of the day? Never.

We always fit in exercise and outdoors each day too…when? whenever we want and can fit it in.

I started when our eldest was 4-yrs old, with set times for everything, play time, reading time, meals, routines, etc. it lasted about 3-4 months. It went from very strict, to now, 3 yrs later, fun, games, leisure, no pressure, learn-from-our-home-businesses daily routines and activities. Every day is a new adventure. Basically the only thing that sets our pace is fitting things around (1) Mama’s MD appts, and (2) Baba’s (Daddy’s) clients’ meetings and conferences.

We’re also known as car-schoolers

Now for money.
1. Money from my affiliate programs, long-term ones that I promote via my ezine list, and now new prgs. directly via my blog, such as sponsoredReviews, textlinkads, etc.

2. Freelance writing, which I’m phasing out big-time, to work solely on passive recursive affiliate marketing, hence my involvement in being mentored by Yaro Starak..
My goal short-term is to do exactly what his prg is designed to do, $5-6,000 USD/month blogging less than 2-hours a day. My long-term in building my online women entrepreneur empire, which info-products, which I’ve already started, my non-profit, which I already have a partner for its development, and much more. I’m managing my online biz, and not strictly working in it, and I’ve worked hard since my move to WordPress on March 15, 2007 with traffic, a now 8-person team, etc.

Interestingly, my mission, vision, and “plan of action” has not yet changed since I ventured online Jan/Feb 2005, but by following the right mentors at the right time, I’ve been blessed to leverage my online assets and grow in different directions.

So, I have always guided its path to profitability.

I look forward to helping you reach your goals! Please feel free to contact me any time…I’d love to joint venture partner with you! You got the spunk, Girl!

Blog on & Hug your little ones tightly for me, you hear!?

BTW, my girls have had their own blog for the past 3 years too, and our 7=year old really wants me to get her up and running on WP, strictly b/c she knows her USP (unique selling proposition) is in higher demand and can make even more money than my blog. The problem is…I want HER to be typing, writing, reading, etc. her own stuff….but, she just turned 7 last month. All our girls (ages 4,6 & 7) are *very* involved in all our business ventures, from packaging, qualifying a product, reviewing invoices and much more.

What better education is there!?

To our success & empowerment,
