Hi Andrea again... ;)

I was wondering what I could say to reply to get people to "know" me a bit more....

...I laughed when I saw the footage they used while I deliberated on the e-commerce chips to give to my fellow contestants...there was a point in my dialogue where, just for fun, I was trying to imitate Marlon Sanders charged way of presenting things. He used his hands alot, had such a powerful booming voice, and his words held punch and impact.

When I saw how my "lively" description came off....hehehehe...that's about all I can say about my attempt :)

I like being silly at times...my kids are always rolling their eyes and saying, "MAMA!!!"... I can be a big kid at times....;)

When I'm not being a goofy big kid, I focus often on learning how to do different things that I've never done before. And like a kid who refuses to go to bed, I admit I like being where the action is. So you'll often see me refusing to succomb to fatigue and be one of the last ones standing.

I am competitive by nature and if some contestants found the intensity of the show not to their liking, WOW I loved every second of it!! The process is what I find fun and challenging versus the end result.. I also like going overboard and detailed on projects I am working on. I'll start with a basic idea with two or three must do things and by the end of it I'll have added a dozen enhancements and the project then becomes a big production. However, when pressed for time, I keep what makes things float and functional and only keep the detailed ideas that deliver the most impact with the least effort to create.

I look forward to potential business opportunities with others, as I am ready to add detailed enhanced value to the venture. As a result of my learnings on the show, I am currently working with two business partners on a non internet market product back in my hometown. After the product is finished, we'll be using the tools I won on the show and the knowledge I obtained from the teachers to properly market it on the internet.

I'll tell all that being on the show and learning so much from the speakers was so awesomely powerful. It helped me gain a clarity I did not have on the ideas in my head and what to do with them... That's my total endorsement for the effectiveness of all the speakers on TNIM. For that reason, I was able to share my vision and convince two acquaintances to join with me and invest in creating my idea.

Well, as usual, I like writing lots....best of luck to all of you..

Cheers,
Alisande

Alisande - just goes to show you that you can never edit too much! I didnt mean to say that you pitted them against each other, rather I meant when they were up against each other .. ok I will edit it and you can read what I meant :)

So very sorry to have that small typo make you feel as if you needed to defend yourself when if anything, I was trying to imply that there was nothing to defend - the deed was done before it even began. It was just your time and as you said - you were very fortunate to be playing that long and learning that much!

News Archive - Perhaps Jason should win.. but clearly he wont. However, I am sure we both agree that he will come out one of the biggest 'winners'

Hi Andrea :)

As always, I find your comments about things good reading :)

I do want to clarify a point though.

When I had that conversation with Jason Marshall....it had nothing to do with Thor saying they did 20% and I did 80%...that was Thor's thoughts and was never mine. There was also never any intention on my part of pitting one against the other...that was not ever an element in existence at all.

I respected both Jason Marshall and Thor Schrock during the show and still respect both today. My conversation with Thor, who is very passionate and genuine about his thoughts, had unsettled me because of its contradiction to my original thoughts. But I always strive to not narrow myself to only my view. So rather than sit and doubt, I tend to seek direct clarification from who might be in question. And in this case, I spoke to Jason and left Thor's name out of it.

Sometimes our judgements can become clouded as a result of current tensions....judgements that are more coherent in less stressful times.

Yes, I failed to have that conversation with Jason Marshall without it being construed as accusatory and as a result, I apologized to him for it at a later date.

I am very happy with how far I went in the competition and my performance during the challenges and I sincerely wish all my fellow contestants future success on the internet.

During our time being filmed, I was honoured to be with such a diverse, intelligent, skilled group of people.

Cheers,
Alisande
