With 6 spaces to fill, and being the only female in the top 7, you would think I would snag a spot on the show, wouldnt you??
Well keep thinking, cuz this chick is staying MUM about it until such time as I am able to reveal more info.
Again, I am only writing this post out of respect to the curious, the lurkers, the producers??, my mom & dad (just kidding - they know everything!!), whoever it is I need to give a response to..
I do know already that out of the top 10 - 60% have NOT been selected, and thats NOT including the huge ?? surrounding the ‘Ask a Gay Male’ William Sledd, and the YouTube Charles Trippy…so possibly 80%…
I see that perhaps 2 out of the top 10 will be selected - they already announced Jason Henderson yesterday as contestant #1, I predict another 2-3 (based on some confessions on the forum for those not selected + common sense) out of the numbers 11-20 and then, 4 more from 21-30, and the remaining 3-4 from 30-50.. .. I believe they are unrolling the contenstants 2 per week over the next month +, in order to not have those who finished in the top 20 pay too close attention that the majority of the contestants were selected from 21 - 50 on the list.. and cause a little uproar.. Hopefully by then.. everyone else will have moved on to become their own internet millionaire..
Should those not selected be bitter?? And by THOSE I refer only to those who actively sought out every ‘10′ that came their way.. Well I know that the marketing efforts made, inviting video creation into our lives - a first for many - will hopefully pay off in other ways…. many will say that the friendships and relationships developed were value enough…. right Jeremy??
Lets shelve this baby and bring it back up when it does or does NOT become relevant . ![]()

PS - FELLOW CONTESTANTS - Notice I have linked to many of you from within a BLOG POST (much better than blogroll link)… lets share the link love… first link back to me
and/or let me know if you have a URL for those missing above.. (although I may be a snob and not include those who either did not make a 2nd video (unless the 1st one rocked) or did not do one darn thing to promote themselves, while others gave their blood, sweat, and tears to put it on the map.

Are you name dropping AGAIN?
Look at all those links to other people’s websites…. I might just click on one and NEVER come back!
Ya right.
I’m hooked on the baby steps…
I think I would’ve won if my video had looked more like this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=FJ3oHpup-pk
Iz jus like Iz jus like

You think the infomercial was the wrong way to go???
Kinda makes you feel bad about how you gained your reputation to start with! Protecting something that just went south..
This may have worked:
Jeremy (July 2nd, 2007 at 6:07 pm )
I saw the video was 7 minutes long and just clicked off.
::puke::
In other news… what does the (I Think MOT) next to my name mean?
Andrea (July 3rd, 2007 at 11:26 am )
Jeremy,
Check this out and see if you can figure it out
http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?Acronym=MoT&p=dict
Jeremy (July 3rd, 2007 at 4:16 pm )
I never in my life expected MOT to mean ‘Mother of Toilet Seat’
wow.
Make it to the top 12 and turn into a http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?Acronym=sob&string=exact huh?
ok.
I get it.
FINE!

Nice analysis and deduction theory you have on who will be picked from 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-50. You made me go back and look at your tiers too…
I think we’ll be seeing more of you….
Cheers,

Andrea (July 10th, 2007 at 9:56 am )
Alisande,
After reading your post on forum and hmm speculating I may have been one of those blogs mentioned.. just a hunch lol.. I just want to say that so far I am WRONG.. so I have no problem making guesses and having fun with it.. since I am not naming names and since I a have no problem being wrong
![]()
You can put your guesses (no names) here.. with your leaning towards stats.. I would certainly think you have a better chance at being right..
or we could just wait and see!!

Alisande (July 11th, 2007 at 11:28 pm )
My guesses….
There will be AT LEAST 5 MORE of the top 15 chosen…(based on the way they have worded their blogs
) that would be 53% of the top 15. Leaving 4 spots available..
But I think there will be 10 of the top 15 who have made it into the 12 spots. 5 being women and 5 being men. If I’m right, that would be 67% of the top 15…that is a large percentage.
That would leave 2 spots available. 1 male and 1 female…
Then out of creativity and interesting background but not ranked highly I suspect a male who placed 35-40th will make it in.
For variety in female age range and diversity and also had a more animated video, I suspect a female between 20 and 31st to make it.
Cheers,
Alisande![]()

Alisande,
YOU LITTLE SNEAK
![]()
Was this written before or AFTER you were selected! Congrats!!
Assuming this was written BEFORE you were selected, according to you, 4 more out of the top 15 will be selected? That seems a stretch, although I defintitely agree with your extra male and female picks..
How did you do that hair trick

Good luck in C
