Well, personally video means much more for me. I really don’t prefer audio, i usually skip it right away. Videos are more explanatory and make the product closer to visitor.

With the growing popularity of video sites and videos in internet I think that video can sell your product.
In future, online video marketing will play a major impact in business.

I don't think audio increases interest the same way video does. To me, the main purpose of audio is to save the reader time.
So for me, the way to measure if the automatic audio playing is an advantage would be whether or not the audio engages me quicker than it would take for me to become engaged through reading the webpage.
I don't know the exact stats these days, but they say an average web surfer stays on a page less than 30 seconds. I've found that if the audio makes me understand idea the webpage quicker than it would take me to read the text then the audio is successful and encourages me to investigate the site further. If the audio is drawn out and doesn't get to its point quick enough, I find it just an annoyance because it wastes my time in comparison to just reading the page by myself. (Of course there are times when the audio itself is interesting and I'd want to hear more, but then I think the website should give an option to press a button to continue hearing more, don't force me into it).

Therefore, the format I like best for audio is brief intro to product, quick overview of features/benefits and quick description to most important navigational links. Something like - "XYZ widget is superiour because of features A and B. To find out more, click on features or to purchase now and get 10% discount, click "buy now".
Of course, that's just my opinion ;)

(BTW, the interview in your link seems very interesting)

I absolutely believe that both video and audio help products sell. But since videos take some time to upload, an audio is better. Thank you for sharing the product. I think I wanna use it on my website.

Yeah, video is much more easier to sell than audio. It's easier to see whats in front of you rather than imagining it in your mind.
